Six roller doors, PA doors and Tilt panels along the length (44m) of the South side of building Including earthworks, foundations and pad.
Foundations and pad included 497 x 5.4m piles driven to the Hiley formula.
Reid bars inserted into piles connecting to HD16 steel to form reinforcing for pad.
Included Gas sealed methane barrier. Novaflow methane vents under pad connecting to rato vents either side of building.
Included 50sq/m of office space.
Alucobond and Aluclad feature cladding to offices and North Face of building
The three projects included driveways and space for 113 car park requirements.

Ultraspec 2013 Ltd trading as Ultraspec Building Systems has been operating in the Tasman, Marlborough and West Coast areas for over 15 years. Since February 2013, it has been under the ownership of Ruary & Anna O’Toole. Managing Director Ruary O’Toole runs a stable but progressive operation which has grown exponentially since 2013.

Ruary’s business values reflect his “Service with a smile” attitude. There are no problems, only opportunities to obtain the optimum result for the customer.
