- Supply & Erection of 1225 sq/m Clearspan Formsteel Technologies Building.
- Five roller doors, PA doors and Tilt panels along the length (56m) of the East side of building Including earthworks, foundations and pad.
- Foundations and pad included 308 x 2.7m piles driven to the Hiley formula.
- Reid bars inserted into piles connecting to HD16 steel to form reinforcing for pad. Included Gas sealed methane barrier.
- Novaflow methane vents under pad connecting to rato vents either side of building. Included 50sq/m of office space.
- Alucobond and Aluclad feature cladding to office walls.
