Four roller doors, PA doors and Tilt panels along the length (56m) of the East side of building.
Including earthworks, foundations and pad. Included Gas sealed methane barrier.
Novaflow methane vents under pad connecting to rato vents either side of building. Included were 50sq/m of office space.
Alucobond and Aluclad feature cladding to office walls.
The lightweight nature and strength of the Formsteel technologies buildings are its biggest benefits with regards to its ability to withstand severe seismic activity proven in the Christchurch earthquakes.

Ultraspec 2013 Ltd trading as Ultraspec Building Systems has been operating in the Tasman, Marlborough and West Coast areas for over 15 years. Since February 2013, it has been under the ownership of Ruary & Anna O’Toole. Managing Director Ruary O’Toole runs a stable but progressive operation which has grown exponentially since 2013.
